Path is a focus application that combines focused work with virtual hiking routes. We care about both your experience and your privacy.
These Terms of Service & Privacy Policy ("Terms") explain the rules governing your use of Path and how information relating to you may be handled.
By downloading, installing, or using Path, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using Path.
Path is a focus application.
Path turns your focus activity into progress along virtual hiking routes and uses routes, camps, stages, retreats, completion records, statistics, achievements, and related mechanics to create clearer goals and feedback during focused work.
Maps, real-world hiking routes, distances, camps, terrain, and other geographic elements displayed in Path are primarily intended to create a virtual focus experience.
Path is not a real-world hiking navigation, outdoor safety, location, rescue, or emergency service.
Do not rely solely on information provided by Path for real-world hiking, navigation, or safety decisions.
Path does not provide its own user registration or account system.
You do not need to provide Path with your name, email address, phone number, or password in order to use Path's core features.
Certain functionality may rely on the Apple Account, iCloud, or App Store already configured on your device. These services are managed by Apple and do not constitute a Path account.
Subscription services may also use anonymous technical identifiers to manage purchases and subscription status. Such identifiers do not constitute a Path account.
